Bandung – On March 1, 2024, Turkish Aerospace held a guest lecture at the Faculty of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (FTMD) ITB, featuring the engaging topic “Empower Your Future with Turkish Aerospace Indonesia.” This event provided FTMD students with direct insights into the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities in the aerospace industry.

PT Turkish Aerospace Indonesia, an affiliate of Turkish Aerospace Industries, aims to be a preferred partner for international companies that offer advanced engineering solutions.

During the guest lecture, FTMD students had the rare opportunity to gain firsthand perspectives from representatives of Turkish Aerospace. They received information, had the chance to ask questions, and discussed important topics related to the aerospace industry.

Besides providing an overview of the company’s business lines, the event highlighted future projects undertaken by Turkish Aerospace. These projects include helicopter work packages, part manufacturing, heat exchanger projects, and various aircraft dynamic stress analysis work packages.

The event was graced by the presence of Intan Indriyani and Muhammad Luqmanul Hakim, two senior engineers who are proud alumni of ITB’s Aerospace Engineering study program. Their successful contributions to the aerospace industry served as a beacon of hope, inspiring the students and showcasing the potential of graduates from the same program.

The guest lecture also presented exciting opportunities for students to participate in internships or practical studies programs. This not only allows them to gain practical experience but also empowers them to apply the knowledge they’ve gained in the classroom to real-world industry settings, boosting their confidence in their abilities.

This guest lecture is intended to motivate and inspire FTMD students to pursue careers in the aerospace industry. Looking forward, the collaboration between Turkish Aerospace and ITB is expected to strengthen, fostering more innovations and positive contributions to the advancement of the aerospace industry in Indonesia.
