Student Exchange Program for Semester II – 2024/2025 (Batch 2021)
Dear students,
This form is ONLY for the registration of the Student Exchange program for Semester II 2024/2025 – Batch 2021. In this form, you need to choose up to five options of universities that will be your final decisions for the exchange program. We will conduct an initial selection process before IRO ITB (International Relation Office ITB) opens registration.
The selection will be conducted in 2 phases before ITB nominates you:
- 1st Phase: Selection by Faculty
- 2nd Phase: Selection by Partnership Bureau ITB (International Relation Office)

The due date for the submission is on May 17, 2024 at 24.00 WIB. Submit your form here.
IMPORTANT: If you plan to participate in the exchange program, you need to prepare your IELTS/TOEFL test from now on since it will take some time to schedule the test and issue the certificate.
